Every Modern Condition Art print is made to order and shipped worldwide. Here is exactly what to expect when the store opens.

Made to order

We print each piece to order on premium Enhanced Matte Paper (189 g/m²), so nothing sits in a warehouse fading. Smooth, glare free and ready to frame. Orders are produced and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery times

All orders ship tracked. Once dispatched, typical delivery is:

• UK: 2 to 4 working days
• Europe: 5 to 9 working days
• US, Canada & rest of world: 7 to 14 working days

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the sizes in your basket. Any free shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown in the basket before you pay.

Packaging

Prints ship flat in rigid board mailers or rolled in sturdy tubes, depending on size, and are protected to arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & damaged items

Because every print is made to order, we keep returns simple and fair. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you. Please email a photo so we can sort it quickly.

Payment

Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Your card details are never stored by us.
